The launching ceremony of 2021 Hangzhou Citizen Day, with the theme of “Digital and Smart Hangzhou: a Livable Paradise”, will be held on the morning of 3^rd May in the South Square of the Citizen Center.

To celebrate the first Citizen Day, six activities will be held. All these activities will demonstrate the charm of Hangzhou in an all-round way, allow citizens to gain a better understanding of the development of the city, give them a way to feel the urban pulse and urban ecology of “Digital and smart Hangzhou, a Livable Paradise”, provide a platform for them to gain experience and make accomplishment, and thus promote their happiness index and polish the “golden business card” of this “Demonstration City of Happiness”.
