The Department of Education of Zhejiang Province issued Zhejiang Province Kindergarten Nursery Class Management Guide (Trial) the other day. The first guide of nursery class management in China, it makes requirements of children’s development of language ability, cognitive ability, emotion and sociability, and aesthetic ability. The Guide makes it clear that the nursery class expenditure should be shared by family, society and government in proper proportions based on the per capita cost sharing mechanism to guarantee the normal operation and moderate development of nursery class.
