Since 15 March, passengers may check in for the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Ningbo Inter-city Railway by swiping of pre-paid cards such as Ningbo Citizen Card, Yongcheng Tong Card, Shaoxing City Pass, Shaoxing Citizen Card and Bus Card or scanning of QR codes through applets of Ningbo Urban Railway Code or Shaoxing Inter-City Train Code in WeChat and Alipay apps. Our reporter just had a “metro experience on the train” by taking the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Ningbo Inter-city Railway after the interconnection of its ticketing system.
