Ms CHEN, a worker from Lin’an Qingshan Lake Water Plant, found a black swan at the downstream of Qingshan Reservoir Dam at about 10:00 am, 20th February. Maybe it fell behind during the migration, maybe it fell in love with the beautiful view of Qingshan Reservoir… Ms CHEN got in touch with Qingshan Lake Community Office at once. The office then informed the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Lin’an District. The bird was then confirmed as black swan.
