According to the newly released Hangzhou Cross-Border E-Commerce Index Report (January to September) 2021, the comprehensive development index has kept increasing during the past nine months. By the end of the September, the index rose to 359.89, which is 34.61 higher than the same period last year (up 10.64%) and 23.63 higher than the end of last year. The prosperity index reached 56.35 in September, which is 1.78 higher than the same period last year.
