The Round Table of Mayors of Cities themed by “Evolution of Smart Cities” kicked off in Kazan, Russia on 21st September. Mayors of different cities from home and abroad gathered together virtually to discuss the development and reform of smart cities. “Hangzhou Experience” was introduced once again. In recent years Hangzhou has greatly improved services for the convenience of citizens and enterprises and the efficiency of grass-roots governance taking advantage of the digital intelligence in urban system.
