The second batch of national cultural export bases has been revealed recently. Zhejiang International Cooperation Zone for Digital Culture was approved as the only digital cultural trade functional zone in China. Zhejiang Zoland Animation Co., Ltd., on behalf of the operators of Zhejiang International Cooperation Zone for Digital Culture, received the plaque at the First CIFTIS National Cultural Export Base Forum (2021).

It is the latest “national name card” of Hangzhou following High-Tech (Binjiang) IoT Industrial Park, which was among the first batch of national digital service export bases, and China (Zhejiang) International Cooperation Zone for Film and TV Industry, which was among the first batch of national cultural export bases. So far all three national service export bases of Zhejiang have been settled down in Hangzhou.
