On 25-27 August, Wang Haijian, technical delegate of the Hangzhou Asian Games canoe slalom events, paid a visit to Fuyang Water Sports Centre.

Located in the Huashusha Village, Dongzhou Sub-district, Fuyang District, Fuyang Water Sports Centre is constructed in accordance with a core project inspired by the Dongzhou scroll of Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains as a model, one of the few surviving works by Chinese painter Huang Gongwang. Wang Haijian inspected various sub-zones and heard a detailed report of the venue's work on Games-related operations and services, including every key links concerning technical officials, athletes, VIPs, and the media.

On the afternoon of 27 August, Wang Haijian participated in the rehearsal held by Fuyang Water Sports Centre for its timing scoring system for the canoe slalom event.

At the following debriefing meeting, the Centre's operation team introduced the venue's preparation status for the Asian Games and attentively heard the technical delegate's specific suggestions. The operation team's relevant heads stated that they would collect suggestions from all sources and continue to implement corresponding rectifications down to the details.
