On the morning of August 25, 15 coaches and athletes from the rowing team of Thai delegation for Hangzhou Asian Games reached Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport on flight CA734. The Hangzhou Customs opened the dedicated Asian Games Channel, equipped with integrated smart security gates, to handle customs clearance procedures for them quickly. This is the first group of foreign athletes that have entered Hangzhou for the Games.

With the successful customs clearance of the first group of athletes, Hangzhou Customs has officially entered the practical stage of providing dedicated customs clearance services for participants of Hangzhou Asian Games. It is anticipated that in September, the airport will experience a peak in arrivals of participants for the Games.
