Recently, the Accreditation Centre of the Hangzhou Asian Games held a mobilisation meeting, which is the first general assembly with all staff, including volunteers, after they have reported to duty.

At the meeting, three staff members representing their working groups and one university student volunteer representing the centre’s volunteer team took turns to deliver speeches on the theme of “Going All Out to Secure Smooth Accreditation of the Games”.

The meeting emphasised that the countdown for the accreditation must follow the starting date determined by the Hangzhou Asian Games Organising Committee. As an essential part of large-scale sporting events, accreditation is crucial in ensuring the Games’ smooth operations and implementing the hosting concepts of “simple, safe, and splendid”.
