From August 11 to August 14, the transportation team for the OCA (Olympic Council of Asia) Headquarters Hotel conducted the first phase of a comprehensive rehearsal to ensure the smooth provision of transportation services.
The rehearsal revolved around ensuring the daily smooth operation of vehicle services for T1 and T2, catering to the OCA family members, while also encompassing reservations and immediate support for T3 vehicles. This comprehensive approach combined both tabletop exercises and real-world drills, effectively simulating the entirety of the service process. The simulation covered seven key service delivery stages: appointment acceptance, backend dispatching, information feedback, vehicle arrival, parking and waiting, passenger guidance, and drop-off arrival. This exercise involved the participation of over 600 T3 drivers, 20 managers, and 150 support vehicles, collectively engaged in the T1-T3 Service processes.
This rehearsal served as a practical test of the transportation service plan's applicability and feasibility. Moreover, it provided an opportunity for transportation service personnel across various roles to hone their practical skills. The insights gained from this exercise will play a pivotal role in refining details and boosting efficiency in the subsequent stages of preparation.
