From August 6 to 12, the 2023 Zhejiang Provincial "National Fitness Day" and "Sports Promotion Week" themed activities are held at the Huanglong Sports Centre, Hangzhou. The 2023 "Huanglong Evening Peak" activity series take place as an essential part. On the evening of August 6, the Yoga Conference was held at the Huanglong Sports Centre Gymnasium, lectured by veteran yoga teachers in Zhejiang. It attracted a total of 880 yoga enthusiasts to participate.

The activity consisted of three parts: the participants practised 108 sun salutations and completed a flowing yoga class together; finally, 40 participants volunteered to challenge difficult yoga poses. All participants wore unified white vests and yoga pants in colour of the Hangzhou Asian Games' colour system, showing their embrace of the upcoming Games.

It is reported that all the 880 seats were quickly filled in just three days after registration notice was released. The activity series will continue with frisbee, street dance, basketball, and other sports matches.
