Mr. Ma, a 78-year-old man from Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, has used bamboo to weave a QR code that attracts numerous tourists to visit. The remarkable thing is that this QR code can be scanned with a mobile phone, and after scanning, people can participate in the Asian Games online torch relay.

Ma is an inheritor of the city-level intangible cultural heritage project of bamboo weaving techniques in Huzhou. He has crafted a series of works themed the Asian Games, including the Asian Games mascots, digital torchbearers, the Chinese characters for "杭州亚运" (meaning Hangzhou Asian Games), and the QR code for the digital torch relay.

Ma is very happy because the upcoming Hangzhou Asian Games is not only a sports event but also a event to showcase the culture of Hangzhou and even the entire Zhejiang Province. When intangible cultural heritage meets the Asian Games, traditional culture shines with a unique brilliance.
