On the morning of August 3, 220 city-level "Asian Games Civilization Stations", part of the Hangzhou Asian Games volunteer service network, were launched in Hangzhou, and the station map was simultaneously released.

Hangzhou carefully selected 220 city-level "Asia Games Civilization Stations" from over 3,000 volunteer service stations across the city. These stations are located in areas around the Asian Games venues and the Asian Games Village, transportation hubs such as airports and train stations, as well as popular tourist attractions. They are dedicated to serving audiences, tourists, athletes, media representatives, and other groups, with the aim of guiding the volunteer services for the 19th Asian Games.

In March 2022, the "Hangzhou City Assistance Code - Asian Games Online Volunteer Service" was officially launched. More than 1.48 million citizens have registered as volunteers for the Asian Games, participating in nearly 500,000 volunteer service activities.
