The delegation led by Ali Mohammadi as the Iranian Consul General in Shanghai visited the Foreign Affairs Office of Hangzhou Municipal Government on August 2.

Jin Heng, the director & secretary of the party group of the Foreign Affairs Office, introduced to the delegation led by Consul General Ali Mohammadi the urban development and cultural history of Hangzhou as well as the preparations for the Hangzhou Asian Games. Consul General Ali Mohammadi made an introduction of several characteristic cities in Iran, and expressed his blessings for the upcoming Hangzhou Asian Games.

Both sides would set up the smooth channels and communication mechanisms, to develop the relationship between friendly cities, and promote the implementation of exchange and cooperation projects in fields like industry, environmental protection, and cultural education.
