The Shaoxing Baseball & Softball Sports Centre has been designated as the venue for the baseball and softball events at the upcoming Hangzhou Asian Games. In preparation for the games, Shaoxing has unveiled plans to create a themed flower sea surrounding the sports centre, providing a colorful and welcoming atmosphere for the approaching Asian Games.

Covering a total area of 448,000 square metres, the flower sea will be adorned with a vibrant palette of orange, red, and yellow flowers. These bright and lively colors will be used to depict the emblem and sports pictogram of the Hangzhou Asian Games, adding to the festive ambiance of the event.

Currently, the project has entered the stage of laying turf and sowing flower seeds.
