The "Exciting Hangzhou" 2023 China's National Women's Handball Championships successfully concluded at the Zhejiang Gongshang University Sports Centre on July 6. The venue for this handball competition has been changed and refurbished from an older location while preserving its original aspect and enhancing its internal facilities with innovative upgrades.

A reconfigurable intelligence surface has been constructed in the spectator access area on the east side of the venue to improve the signal at target spots and eliminate outdoor interference in indoor signals. In the surface-covered area, the signal has been enhanced by up to seven times compared with the 5G network, and the highest download speed has been raised by 47%.

In addition, the floating sports floor technology has excellent shock absorption to protect the safety of athletes. The full-LED lighting system can reduce glare and enhance athletes' visibility while also meeting the venue's criteria for site illumination and 4K high-definition broadcast.

All these meticulous technological upgrades have exemplified the venue's intelligence.
