The 2023 World Sailing International Judges Seminar will be held in Xiangshan County, Ningbo on 13-15 September 2023.

Judges applying for the International Judge (IJ) qualification must attend the international judges seminar. Only after passing the seminar examination can judges be qualified to obtain more recommendation letters in related competitions and thus acquire the IJ qualification.

Wang Jiaxin, Director of the Competition Department of Chinese Yachting Association, stated that this seminar provides opportunities for China’s excellent judges to learn and promote themselves, and for Xiangshan, where the sailing event of the Hangzhou Asian Games will be held, to showcase its charm to more people.
