From June 10 to 11, the Third Yangtze River Delta Sports Festival Stand-up Peddle Tournament and the Fifth Nanxun Historic Town Stand-up Peddle Open were held in Nanxun, Huzhou City. Over 300 athletes from the Yangtze River Delta participated in the event, and Xu Dongxiang, a world champion in rowing, came to show support.

The historic town also hosted various events such as stand-up peddle(SUP) concerts, camping bazaars, backpacking boats, SUP trips, and races, which brought energy and excitement to the town.

As a brand sporting event in Zhejiang Province, the SUP tournament allowed players to gain a deeper understanding of the historic town of Nanxun through water sports. It is a successful practical example of sports supporting tourism development.
