Recently, the Ningbo Xiangshan Sailing Centre, one of the venues for the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022, successfully provided over 220 pre-recruited volunteers with training in event venue and voluntary work.

The 3-day training mainly includes sailing and windsurfing competition organisation, venue operation design, basics of the venue, and general knowledge of press and publicity. 

Following their training, the volunteers visited the Ningbo Xiangshan Sailing Centre and engaged in meaningful conversations with staff members from related fields. This helped them gain a better understanding of their working environment and responsibilities.
