On the occasion of the 200-day+ countdown to Hangzhou Asian Games, 2023 Zhejiang Middle School Student Volleyball Championships & The First National Student (Youth) Sports Games Trial kicked off in Huzhou Deqing Sports Centre Gymnasium on March 6. Nearly 500 athletes involved in 37 student teams from 11 cities in Zhejiang participated in the event.

Huzhou Deqing Sports Centre Gymnasium is one of the competition venues for volleyball event of Hangzhou Asian Games.

The person in charge of the venue said: "This event is one of the activities for celebrating the countdown of 200+ days to the Asian Games in Deqing, Huzhou. It aims to make Zhejiang primary and middle school students feel the atmosphere of the Asian Games, improve their physical health level and sports ability, and promote the development of volleyball and the atmosphere of national fitness."
