A few days, the regional selection activity for warm-up programs at the opening & closing ceremonies of Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Para Games successfully came to an end, and 109 programs were selected to the resource pool. Among them, Say OK to Oneself, a dynamic dance performed by the students from Hangzhou Changshouqiao Primary School, was very eye-catching.

Children wore colourful clothes and performed neat and uniform dance movements, full of vitality. They used their efforts and wonderful performances to make "Picturesque and Dynamic Zhejiang" perceptible, so that "Asian Games for all to achieve co-building and sharing" can be deeply rooted in the hearts of people.

The high-strength and high-level training is a test for children. The dance teacher said: "During the rehearsal, I was deeply impressed by the children's concentration and persistence."

From the performance effect of the stage, the student group spanning three ages has become the powerful dance "elite group". They expect to be on the stage of the Asian Games to show the vitality and enthusiasm of Hangzhou to the world.
