During the five days of the Regional Forum, HAGOC set up an information desk. They not only provided a flow of policy responses in various business areas, but also held friendly talks with the National Olympic Committees of the participating countries (regions).

The detailed work report of HAGOC left a good impression on Haider. The clarification of a series of events, such as the date of the competition, also eliminated a lot of uncertainty. According to Haider, "After the presentation, everybody is confident and solid, that the Games — it is in place with a set date, and a set sports programme. And in addition, they received information about all the required services which would be provided to them. To make it even better than their expectations."

As for the suggestions that HAGOC gives to its work, inspection is a key part. "At this point of time, everything has been submitted and all the venues have been built, but the NOCs and individual organisations need to see and inspect the venues," Haider said. For the OCA, we also need to do a preliminary investigation of all the services that the NOCs can enjoy during the competition. 

According to Haider, Hangzhou, which is about to host the 19th Asian Games, has undergone tremendous changes, not only in terms of upgrading the transportation infrastructure, but also reaching a new high in sports facilities, breaking through the level of regional Games and reaching the international standards. The dividends of the Games continue to be released, benefiting more people. 

"It's not only as a regional Games, but the level of the Olympic Games. You can see how many provinces benefited from the Asian Games. It's not only China. It's all of Asia. They developed sports, by developing their own sport facilities, preparing their athletes in order to meet the level of their commitments in the Asian Games. So, I mean, the effect of the Games, the host city, the surrounding provinces, and nearby countries, and all the continents." Haider said, The Asian Games lets more people know the name "Hangzhou".

We are expecting it to be a unique games and a high-tech games. It is the first time that we are going to experience not only the level of Asian Games, but the level of the Olympics.
