Through one month’s public appraisal, 36 courses of famous new Hangzhou snacks were unveiled in China Hangzhou Cuisine Museum yesterday. A large variety of popular street snacks like fried twisted stick, spring roll and lantern dough etc. are on the list.

    The head judge of the appraisal and famous Chinese master chef Hu Zhongying told that “fried twisted stick seasoned with soy source and rice” and“fried lantern dough at street snack stand”were the best delicacy in the memory of old Hangzhou people and the important part of traditional Hangzhou cuisine, so they are very popular among Hangzhou people.
