Hangzhou has put special licence for new energy automobiles since 26th December. The most obvious difference between common licence and special licence lies in the digits – the new one consists of one letter and five numbers, one more digit than the common one. Besides, the background color of licence for small-sized new energy automobile is gradient green while large-sized yellow and green.
