The downward tunnel of Binsheng Road has been finished recently. Device debugging and preparation for project acceptance are underway. The tunnel, connecting Binjiang District and Xiaoshan District, is 1,738m long with a top speed of 50kmh. It is linked to the underground parking lots of the main sports venue of the Olympic Sports Center, the International Expo Center, and other large-scale buildings, which will greatly improve the traffic condition in surrounding area.
