A small piece of land is fenced and covered tight at the crossing of Jingbei Road and Xinyuan Alley, Jianggan District. It is the construction site of Jingfangyuan Public Underground Parking Lot. Small as the site seems, workers have dug 45.94m underground. An underground vertical parking lot will be built soon, allowing 144 vehicles to park inside.
