Government departments started soliciting opinions about “regional index” and “Zhe A regional licence” of minibuses as well as the improvement plans for supporting measures on 5th January. It is said that the policy improvement plan aims to make it more convenient for citizens to travel around, provide more channels for citizens to gain minibus index, and strengthen the management of urban traffic.
