The groundbreaking ceremony was held yesterday in Shangcheng District of construction for the Future Community of the given Demonstration Area as a major project in 2020.

The Area with a planned area of about 9.5 km2 has in its layout integrated the route stringing West Lake and Qiantang River, as an international hub boasting financial and digit-based service and innovation for trained personnel. Also, it serves as a paragon regarding the shift into Qiantang River Era from West Lake Age.
