Hangzhou Chinese Overseas Friendship Association (HCOFA) has held a fresh party for the Spring Festival, in the presence of officeholders from Hangzhou and over 300 famous natives and friends from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, who catch up on nostalgia and development.
