Five years to come will see Hangzhou build “a Financial City” along the Qiantang River. The city belt, covering an area of 17 km², includes the hub of Qianjiang New City (QNC), the area where the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the Qiantang River meet, and partial Phase II of QNC.
