According to the news yesterday from Hangzhou Transport Authority, Hangzhou has initiated to form a bilingual taxi fleet, involving 15 vehicles, and 35 drivers with the title of bilinguals. This also promises service delivery corresponding to the Hangzhou-Huangshan high-speed railway in the future to come soon.
