Twenty reporters have been invited to gather in Hangzhou from 15^th October to 16^th October. The reporters, namely from Russia Today and BBC totaling 19 media groups, are at the jointed invitation of Propaganda Department of Hangzhou (Foreign Affairs Office of Hangzhou) and China Daily. In the gathering, achievements have been presented, which are from the reform and opening up, and innovative development of Hangzhou, and the project has been centered on, which is to build Hangzhou into the first city with digital economy in China.
