The high-tech district (Binjiang) has attracted various talents totaling 26805 this year, which has hit a new high in record by a year-on-year increase of 21.85%. Among them, 205 are of doctor degrees and 6690 of master degrees, up 35.76% and 30.26% respectively from the year earlier.
