Global Data Resource Developer Challenge (Data Tech 2018) was initiated in Hangzhou yesterday afternoon, which, by talented entrants worldwide, was aimed to further invigorate the data-based service sectors of the capital city.  

Hangzhou last Thursday launched the target --“Build into the First City with Digital Economy in China”. The huge systematic project will be rounded off with profound development of big data and recruitment of related talents in every respect.
