North America Promotion of 2018 Hangzhou Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition for Overseas Talents was held in Boston and Atlanta on 5th and 6th May (US time). Over 100 overseas students and foreign innovation & entrepreneurship teams took part in the two events. 

Winners who settle down in Hangzhou within one year after the competition ends can get different amounts of subsidies – 5 million yuan, 3 million yuan or 2 million yuan – which aim to fund high-level returnees’ innovation & entrepreneurship projects in Hangzhou with no need for evaluation.
