“Hangzhou International Day” has been set up as a permanent festival celebrated on 5th September annually since 27th April, aiming to establish a new carrier for international communication and cooperation, create a special golden card which shows the unique charm of Hangzhou, and build up an international platform which involves all Hangzhou citizens. It is a key step and practical move to realize the important decisions of the municipal Party committee.
