4Hangzhou International Day, a new permanent festival of Hangzhou, will be celebrated on 5th September every year according to the 11th Session of the 13th Standing Committee of Hangzhou Municipal People’s Congress on 27th April.

5th September is not only the closing day of G20 Hangzhou Summit but the issuing day of G20 Leaders’ Communique Hangzhou Summit. Setting “Hangzhou International Day” is an important step for Hangzhou to carry out urban internationalization strategy.
