The 14th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival opened at White Horse Lake Cartoon Square yesterday. With the theme of “Cartoon reform and 40 years of reform and opening up”, this year the event has attracted institutions and enterprises of 85 countries and regions, making it the most international one ever.
