One of the Chinese cities developing the fastest in Internet industry, Hangzhou has taken part in eSports long before.

China (Hangzhou) eSports & Digital Entertainment Town, located in northern Hangzhou, started construction last year. Although the project is still undergoing, the town has been given a lot of attention.

In the future the town will build an eSports industry development platform with an area of 1 million square meters, aiming to gather over 1,000 core eSports industrial chain enterprises and institutions, organize 10,000 innovative eSports talents, introduce and cultivate over 10 eSports clubs that are famous home and abroad, hold 1,000 eSports games of all types, and make a comprehensive income in eSports industry of over 20 billion yuan.
