On March 16, the National Development and Reform Commission released the Opinions on “Properly Restricting the Use of Train and Airplane by Certain Serious Dishonest Person for A Specified Period of Time” on its official website to increase the penalty on behaviors that seriously affect the operation and production safety of railway and other illegal behaviors of passengers in airports and on airplanes, and restrict the use of train and airplane by such person. The Opinions will be put into effect from May 1.
