Hangzhou Announces Its Plan to Become a World-leading "Stealth City"

In the Qianjiang New City Planning Phase 2 launched at present, we have to mention a concept -- "Stealth City", to take actions on Metro Line 9 and 4 stations. The underground part in the main axis of Qianjiang New City Phase 2 will be connected. It will form the comprehensive utilization system that integrates underground public space, infrastructure and traffic facilities into one, helping build Hangzhou into a world-famous international city.
