Hangzhou's Strategy of “Development along the River and Development across the River" Requires Efforts of Local Areas

Qiantang River has been an important belt promoting development of Hangzhou. With adherence to the principle of "a single chessboard" and "one map" throughout Hangzhou with the area of 16,600km2, Xiacheng District, Gongsu District, Yuhang District and Lin'an District will also get involved in the strategy of “development along the river and development across the river", thereby making breakthroughs in such strategy. All areas of Hangzhou sing "the chorus of development strategy".
