Hangzhou Is Planning to Build Zhejiang’s First Botanical Garden of World Rare, Endangered Plants

Hangzhou Garden and Cultural Relics Bureau is planning to build Zhejiang’s first botanical garden of world rare, endangered plants on the basis of Hangzhou Botanic Garden. At present there’re 110 rare, endangered plants of 53 families and 89 genera in Hangzhou Botanic Garden. More domestic and overseas plants will be collected in the future.
