Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan Phuc spared one hour to welcome Jack Ma, board chairman of Alibaba Group, on 6th November, the first day of APEC Leaders’ Week. “Vietnam is expecting Alibaba to build an ecosystem and help Vietnamese middle- and small-sized enterprises to go on the international stage,” said Nguyen Xuan Phuc. Meanwhile he requested Jack Ma to “ignite the entrepreneurship passion of young Vietnamese.”
