“Foreign Representative” Appears at Langqin Community

Youssef Souei is a sophomore of Zhejiang Gongshang University from Dubai. A tenant at Langqin Community, Souei recommends himself to be a part-time resident representative to help more people be a part of this city. Next, he will join in various community affairs, such as management system propaganda, foreign residents visiting, and recruitment and organization of foreign volunteer team.
