At the sixteenth annual Zhejiang Investment and Trade Negotiation conference the third Chinese Sea Economic Investment conference was formally begun yesterday in Ningbo. In the “negotiations: going past national investment to cooperation---great investment program contract signing ceremony” 37 great investment programs were on the site signing contracts with the total investment sum reaching to 166.9 billion RMB.
