Hangzhou officially announced the Implementation Regulations of New Pension Policies of Hangzhou Urban Aeras, as a supplement to the new "Hangzhou Basic Pension Security Measures". It will be implement tracing back to January 1, 2014.

"New Pension Deal" and implementation regulations together form the " 1 +1 " Hangzhou basic old-age security system mode of basic pension insurance and rural residents social pension insurance.
