Last weekend, the consistent rain and the low temperature made people shiver. Unfortunately, Hangzhou failed to welcome snow despite the cold weather. According to Hangzhou Meteorological Bureau , it may have snow or sleet on the afternoon of Jan. 13. However,it is difficult to form snow sparks in Hangzhou because the warm air is relatively weak and afraid for front" confrontation " with cold air.
