The 3rd World Laureates Forum was held in Shanghai, featuring more than 130 laureates of top scientific awards, including 61 Nobel laureates.

Parallel to the talks of established scientists was a series of young scientist forums, including a Teens-in-the-Academy Forum, and a Sci-T Conference designed by the WLF's mission to support young talents. Fifty-five talented teenagers were selected to attend the event.

Li Yiting, a sophomore in Hangzhou No.2 High School, was one of them. Due to her excellent research results, she was awarded WLA Teenager Scientist.

Her research, the Analysis on the Molecular Cloning of Innexin (Connexin in hairy crab's seminal vesicle), can be applied to breed male hairy crabs with more crab cream by artificial selection.
